Something’s not the way you want it
In some area of your life, there’s something you haven’t been able to figure out and get a handle on. It doesn’t seem to matter how much you use your willpower, read books or change your ways, it’s still not working.
Perhaps it is your life relationships, your body, your finances, parenting, or your livelihood.
You may have emotions simmering underneath everything that you still haven’t figured out how to deal with elegantly….. fear, anger, anxiety, stress, or sadness. Maybe you explode for little or no reason or burst in to tears in a heart beat! And then you feel bad about it and totally out of control.
Worst of all, you are bright, intelligent and very capable, yet, in this stuck area, it just seems to ‘happen’ to you and everything you have tried in the past, doesn’t work! Perhaps you are just itching to get on with a new passion or project and it’s just not happening.

Take care of your mind …
Your thoughts, beliefs and emotions impact everything in your life. If you just keep ignoring this and set more goals, or ‘let it go’, meditate more or improve your positive thinking, you are failing to harness your big and faithful ally. This is potentially the biggest piece of the puzzle and the piece that many helpful practitioners often don’t help you change. If it was up to knowledge and will power you would have done it by now. And more information and more tools just isn’t cutting it (it just leads to overhwhelm and a sense of failure). That’s where I can be of assistance.

An experienced practitioner makes it easy
FasterEFT is incredible because it is self-empowering. You can learn how to do it yourself and I teach and encourage my clients to do it whenever they can. You don’t have to find a practitioner every time you have an issue you want to make peace with. However, for the deep change work in areas that you are confused about or overwhelmed about, it’s almost impossible to do it on your own. An experienced practitioner helps you navigate your way through your mind to find the pieces that are really keeping you stuck or that are uncomfortable without the safety of a practitioner there with you. Once you make peace with the unhelpful stuff and create much more empowering internal and emotional processes, you are able to re-connect with your own very useful resources. You already have so much of what you need already, it’s just a matter of connecting the dots and shifting your reality so you can see it! Then the changes start to happen with ease and grace instead of struggle and discontent. I transformed how I feel about my body
I was burned out and wanting my inspiration back for my photography business
I no longer have panic attacks when I get on the London Underground.
I had suffered from a mild case of PTSD since around 1990, after serving for 13 years in the British Special Forces and Intelligence Services. Unfortunately I had a car crash in 2006 in which I had to be cut out of the vehicle. This brought on symptoms of claustrophobia and panic attacks, for which I had CBT treatment. Whilst this gave me good strategies to minimise situations that would aggravate or bring these attacks on, it did not cure them.
One evening whilst chatting with Janine, she suggested tapping as an alternative to my defensive techniques to get onto trains etc.
Janine persisted with me until I gave in and sat and did a session. I am not a dipsy hippy type so this alternative nonsense, does not sit well with me, but I trusted Janine. She quickly got to the crux of the problem, being combat memories from when I was 20 years of age. I had no idea they were related prior ot the session and so we dealt with the symptoms and the cause all at once.
The upshot of this? I can get now get on crowded tube trains without panic attacks, sweating, and symptoms that on at least two previous occasions had seen me hospitalised. All in one session.

Expertise. To assist you in shifting your mindset in a way you can’t do on your own.
Clarity. On your plan for moving forward (this might not involve taking lots of action by the way, it could be supporting you to take less action, or do more self care, or just letting yourself be). For you women out there, it also doesn’t mean having a five year plan mapped out!! It might just be letting each step unfold naturally and seeing where it takes you.
Accountability. Let’s face it. No matter how inspired you get you probably tend toward procrastination and not doing the things you know are good for you.
