Using tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EFT tapping, Compassion Key, and a holistic mind-body-spirit approach, we’ll release what’s stored in your nervous system, helping you feel safe, worthy, and fully alive—without forcing change or reliving pain.

    A natural adventure

    I’m Janine, drawn to wild, natural connection—backpacking South America, rafting Tasmania’s rivers, dancing under stars, and exploring my wildest adventure: my inner world.

    Like you, I know feeling stuck. Growing up in a chaotic family—full of love but also volatility and inconsistent connection—I felt unseen unworthy and powerless.

    Outwardly confident, inside I battled anxiety, loneliness, and a harsh inner critic. Personal growth became my lifeline—seminars, career-building, relationships—but the deeper layers of dysregulation lingered.

    In my late thirties, I turned to somatic healing, meeting my wounded inner-child parts with tools like IFS and EFT. Slowly, my nervous system found balance, and I felt safe, loved, and secure—connected to my essence. It wasn’t overnight; it’s been messy, with leaps forward and steps back. And I’m still on the journey.

    Now, I guide bright, talented people like you—those who’ve tried everything yet still wrestle with unworthiness, anxiety, or disconnection. I’m passionate about helping you heal at the root, regulate your nervous system, and feel at home in yourself and your relationships.

    My Approach to Somatic Root healing

    This isn’t about quick fixes or forcing change—it’s gentle, courageous work to uncover and release the root causes of stuck patterns, from trauma to emotional dysregulation.

    If you’ve felt unsafe, unworthy, or disconnected in relationships or within yourself, we’ll tune into your body and unconscious mind to meet those stuck parts. Using somatic tools, we’ll build embodied security and calm, so you can live with ease and connection.

      1. ConnectBook a complementary 15-minute exploratory call to see if we’re a fit (or book a session directly).
      2. Session – We meet online for a 60-minute private Zoom session.
